What is the TrackTrade Referral Partnership Scheme?
Many of our customers have come from being referred because of our easy-to-use software, friendly service and quick set up.
This is our way to give something back.
If you know someone that can benefit from TrackTrade and we complete a successful sign-up with them, you get paid. Simple.
When will I receive my payment?
Once the company you have referred completes a successful sign-up with us, we will contact you to arrange payment. A successful sign-up is completed once the business:
- On a monthly payment contract, invoice payment has been received in full for at least three months
- On an annual contract, one month after the annual payment is received.
- Any rollout, training and onboarding fees have been paid in full.
- Any consideration, promotional, cool-off or trial periods that we may run from time to time have expired.
- Must take on the minimum user license package (10 as of 01/02/2025).
If you are an existing customer and have opted for TrackTrade credit this will be applied to your next bill.

Who can I refer?
You may refer any UK business that could benefit from the software.
Is there a limit to how many businesses I can refer?
No. There’s no limits, we’ll pay you for each business that successfully completes a deal with us.
Can two or more people refer the same business?
Only payment per eligible business can be made. If two or more individuals refer the same successful company, payment shall be made on a first come, first serve basis.
What types of business use TrackTrade?
UK services, trades and renewables, with office-based and field-based staff are a good fit for TrackTrade. Sole traders may not be as good a fit, but we are happy to talk to anyone and advise on best options.
Are there any other rules?
To ensure the referral scheme is fair for everyone, we reserve the right to take reasonable steps to prevent abuse of our referral scheme. Please contact us if you have any questions.
